Gosh what a week. After all that seasoning talk and salt and pepper gossip, I decided that I wanted Dexter to fancy me so I 'did a Ditto' and got my very first season. Mum was over the moon 'cos I'm 13 months old now and she was getting very worried. So I have spent most of the week snuggling up to Mum and generally being needy. The worst thing though is that I thought I would miss lots of rough shooting days but today was the best. I haven't been off the lead all week but on one of today's drives there was just Zala and no boy dogs so I got to work and run and find stuff and everything.Oh and some silly woman took her dog to Dads work and it had kennel cough so Fergus got it. (His dad works with my dad and sometimes we all go to work together.) Anyway, so I haven't seen him all week and now Mum says I can see him till I'm all better which sucks! Apparently Fergus and I would make good looking puppies but all the funny colours and double the pig headedness would be a bad idea!! Guess Mums still on the look out for that Field Trial Champion to pass my way. (Still love you though Ferg'.)
Ps. Hope this weekends Viz Wizz went ok.

Oh dear.. you're now being seasoned, well I seem to have come through it ok so hang on in there... Just be warned though parents can start doing really odd things like shutting you in rooms away from other dogs and totally ruining your social life.
I passed the time browsing through lots of fashion magazines and dreaming of romance and husbands.
Did get slightly worried at one point as I do know (like the tomatoes in the garden) things get thrown away when they have finished in season but luckily Mum didnt throw me in the bin and life is now back to normal. SOOOOO pleased

Hello aunty Rez,
we had painters in too,and plumbers,plasterers,electricians,bricklayers,carpenters and labourers.
Well,actually Rosie and Dylan had them in as we were staying with them.
It was nice to have lots of people round but it did get in the way of our walks a bit.
The really exciting bit was when they knocked down a wall they should not have.
I have just got home tonight and I am glad to be out of the countryside for a while.
I need a break from being chased by sheep,horses and bulls.
Running into barbed wire was no fun either but I don't let these things trouble me.
It was fun to chase pheasants and hares though,we don't get many of those at home,although I did catch my very first rabbit before I went on holiday.
I hope you don't get eaten now you have been seasoned.

I dont think mum will throw me away cos I'm still cute and I dont think she will eat me cos I'm too skinny. I think Dad might throw Zala away though. She has a novice field trial on wednesday and we all fully expect her to be eliminated like she was at the pointing test!!
I am a bit bored on the lead and dont get to do any fast running but there are not too many other doggies around so the rubbish social life is still rubbish. The worst is missing obedience and I will miss training next Sunday.
I like your style though Ditto, us young ladies should always keep our eye on the men about the town/ blog! Dreaming of husbands and romance and accessories.
However.... I dont think that Diesel is being very sympathetic he cant stop talking about chasing rabbits and hares and pheasants. These boys dont know anything about hormones! But he is very brave for battling with barbed wire.

So do you think you will have puppies one day? There is lots of talk about puppies for some reason at the mo. I think mum is trying to persuade dad to get another one. But she's got me? Puppies are ok I guess - some are annoying though. I quite like being the older wiser one for a change sometimes and bossing them about a bit.
Oh Charlie you old goat, puppies are great. They cause so much trouble and are great fun to play with especially when your bigger than them and can pin them down! Mum wants me to have babies but only in a few years and only if I do ok working. She seems to think that if I prove I'm any good then she will be able to convince Dad!
I think I have to have a hip score soon. Personally I think I'm really rather 'hip' and trendy so should do ok. But I have to admit I don't have as much in my wardrobe as you and Red Girls. Now they are cool and trendy.
Well. Rez. To begin with. We bristled a bit ... You .. the "Naughtiest Vizsla Girl in Scotland" uh uh?? ya sure?? (please be aware that redgirls have always made it very clear that we do not do obedience in any shape or form .. its not something that divas do)

Rez. Why are you thin? Younger redgirl Berta was such a skinny person. Now she's not. But it's been a long hard haul.
But I am naughty Red Girls, It's mum that makes me go to school and behave. But she can't stop me from eating the kitchen and beating up Zala for fun cos Zalas a fatty and can't run as fast as me. But I'm good at the moment as all I want to do is sit with mum.
I don't know why I'm so skinny. Mum tries to feed me up and limit my exercise (especially at the moment since i'm not allowed off the lead till i'm cooked). I sometimes have mince and some egg or pasta but am still a skinny runt and always have been. Mum is hoping my hormones will settle down post seasoning and this might help. But she doesn't like messing with my food too much unless anyone has a good sugestion for how to get fat. I don't like being size zero (but I do have great legs!!!!)
I'm not sure size 0 is very manly so I'm quite keen to gain some more weight. But despite being on this food for 'underweight dogs' I only gained 100g last week. Not enough! So i'm going to try this stuff called 'bozita' bics for working dogs that is PACKED full of protein. getting some delivered cos you can only get it online. Maybe it would help you too sis?

What you both need is a nice bit of raw tripe. It is sure to put weight on you both and is totally yummy smelling (well for us dogs anyway! Mum has to give it to us whilst holding her nose).
If you parents do get you some my mum has said to tell them DO NOT COOK IT as it will stink the whole house out.
